The Diablo Firesafe Council (DFSC) is searching for an Executive Director to oversee current grant-funded programs and lead future growth opportunities.

We are actively reviewing submissions for Round 2 ranking and will post them here on this page when they become finalized. Please send all submissions and updates to your project by September 30th, 2026.

Here are the highlights from our work in 2024-2025 including our very popular Cost-Share Matching Program, Home Hardening Education Program, the Regional Priority Plan (RPP) for Alameda and Contra Costa Counties as well as an update to the Alameda County Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP), and more.
